Your two codes

As an ambassador you have two codes, and they are not interchangeable.

What the personal code is for

Amanelle does not gift pieces.

The personal code exists so you can buy the pieces you want to show, at a price that makes that reasonable. It is for your own jewelry.

• Not for resale, and not for buying on behalf of family, friends or anyone else.
• Orders placed with it earn no commission. It is a discount, not a sale you made.
• We expect the pieces bought with it to appear in your content. That is the exchange.

Posting is part of being an ambassador. Your code only sells when your audience sees it, so we ask that Amanelle shows up in your content regularly, including the pieces you buy with your personal code. The more you post, the better your chances of making sales and earning more commission.

Sharing your public code

• Use it anywhere you like: stories, video, a link in bio, a message to a friend.
• Disclose the partnership wherever you share it. In the United States the FTC requires it, and a clear #ad or “ambassador” is enough.
• Do not post it on coupon or deal aggregator sites. Those sites capture sales you did not create.
• Do not run paid ads on the Amanelle name or on our domain.
• Describe the pieces the way we describe them. Do not make claims about materials, origin or durability beyond what appears on the product page.

How commission works

1. An order is placed with your code

   It appears in your portal the same day, marked pending.

2. The piece reaches the customer

   7 days after delivery the return window closes and the commission is marked approved. It is yours from that moment.

3. The payment goes out

   The line is marked paid, with the date of the transfer.

Commission is 10% of what the customer pays for the pieces, after your discount is applied and before shipping and tax, on every order placed with your code. There is no limit on repeat purchases and no reduced rate for returning customers. If an order is cancelled, or returned in full, it earns no commission. If only part of it is returned, your commission follows what the customer kept.

How you are paid

• Approved commission is paid every 15 days, counted from the day you joined the Circle. It is not a fixed date of the month: if you join on the 8th, your payouts fall on the 23rd, then the 7th, and so on. Your own date is shown in your portal.
• You choose how to receive it in your portal: Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. We store only the account to send to, never a bank account, a card number or a document.
• A signed Form W-9 is required before your first payout. We send it through DocuSign, and Amanelle never stores the document.
• You are an independent partner, not an employee, and you are responsible for your own taxes.

If the terms are broken

Using the personal code for resale or on behalf of other people ends the partnership. Both codes are deactivated and orders placed in breach of these terms may be cancelled and refunded. Commission already approved on legitimate sales is still paid.

Either of us can end the partnership at any time and for any reason. If we do, your codes stop working and anything already approved is paid on your next payout date.

The small print

• The Circle is open to people aged 18 or older who live in the United States.
• Commission rates and discount values may change, and we will tell you before they do.
• Your figures in the portal are the record. If something looks wrong, write to us.
