What are Amanelle pieces made of?

Every piece is plated in 18k gold or white rhodium, 7 to 10 microns thick, over a hypoallergenic base, and sealed with a protective varnish that keeps the finish bright. Stones, when a piece has them, are 5A-grade cubic zirconia.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our base metal is hypoallergenic and nickel-safe. If you have a known metal allergy, wear a new piece for a few hours first, as you would with any jewelry.

Will the gold fade?

The plating is thick and sealed, so with normal care it stays bright for a long time. Put jewelry on after perfume and lotion, take it off before water and sleep, and wipe it with the soft cloth from your box. If the finish fails within a year, our warranty covers it.

How do I find my size?

Each product page lists the exact width, height and weight of the piece under Materials & specifications. Rigid collars and cuffs are open at the back and adjust gently; rings show their size in the options.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email the moment it leaves. Shipping options and cost are shown at checkout; US orders over $300 ship free.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in the original packaging. Within the United States returns and exchanges are free: we email you a prepaid UPS label. For international orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn with the protective seal intact.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@amanellejewelry.com with your order number. Within one business day you receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund goes to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What does the 1-year warranty cover?

Defects in the finish or workmanship for one year from the date you receive your order. Write to us with a photo and we repair or replace the piece. It does not cover loss, scratches from wear, or damage from water and chemicals.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide from New Hampshire, USA. Within the United States, Standard shipping is $15 (free on orders over $300) and Express is $25. International orders ship with DHL or FedEx, and duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.

Does it come ready to gift?

Every order arrives in an Amanelle box with a pouch and a care card, ready to give.
